I had a problem with how my crops looked when processing through Price Club (fine, whatever...Costco). When they went to their newest interface for creating orders, it totally screwed up the cropping tool. I'm pretty sure it's going on elsewhere too. Seems that any time a place upgrades their system, it'll be wonky for at least the first 100000000 customers who use it (Okay, maybe not quite that many, but you know what I mean)

Although I didn't necessarily pick up on a tone in their response, I can see why it would be very aggravating especially since they're refusing to accept any responsibility.

Those stinkers! My eyes got all crossed just reading the last set of instructions, which seem to be designed to confuse you so you can feel inferior and at their mercy.

Personally I just spent two hours this morning on line and on the phone trying to get problems solved with compliance issues relating to my Visa and MasterCard merchant account, and my head is still spinning from the idiotic questions asked on the forms.
