I'm going to sing Kung Fu Fighting tonight as I prepare my meal. I love your school mascot.
Have you ever belted out Everybody Wayne Chung tonight while opening a fortune cookie?
Go Meadow Foam!

And to wrap it all up ...

TRAC! TRAC!

And, yes, I did talk to Liberace for a few minutes one time. August 1974. Casino, Las Vegas Hilton. Sitting on a stool playing the slots. Had him autograph one of my business cards.

(I was too cheap to actually BUY my wife a souvenir, so....)

DING DING DING DING! Another correct answer. Yes, Ensign Pulver was definitely in "Mr. Roberts," one of my favorite movies of all time. And the scotch scene is a classic (but my favorite part is a young Martin Milner as a southern MP explaining where he found all of the drunken sailors on shore leave).

You win a lot of books and a small loveseat, Bob, telepathically arriving as we speak, and I'm hoping you remember THAT reference as well. :)

Bob Cleveland

Ensign Pulver was, of course, speaking in Mister Roberts. (Anyone remember the famous "Scotch Scene"?)

Others I know not.

Suburban Kamikaze

THE Moriss Taylor? From the Moriss Taylor TV and Radio Shows? Oh my God.

Big Hair Envy

I cheated and Googled the movie quotes. Just because I HAD to know!!

We are also salted nut people. Not really sure what that means.

DING DING DING! Yes, Karen, "The Blues Brothers" is an OLD movie (and one of my favorites). Nice job spotting that one! You win: a button with an anchor on it and a Cup O' Noodles, shrimp flavor. I am sending them to you telepathically.

Karen

The Blues Brothers is an OLD movie? Yikes.

Marcy Massura-The Glamorous Life

Only YOU can make a meme entertaining. Funny. I am so not surprised that your house is full of NUTS (and not chips)

KD @ A Bit Squirrelly

I still have not doen my meme that Auds tagged me (and Liz) with. I like yours. I will do mine tomorrow. Promise!

Chesapeake Bay Woman

I actually prefer the keyboard section myself, as long as it is smack dab next to the potato chip aisle so I can eat and play simultaneously. Makes for a greasy keyboard, though.

Meg

Foolery, I'm all over this - once I get settled in after relocating my family for a week of oceanside fun & frolic.

Horn section. Heh.I prefer the woodwinds myself. Because I was one.

Raz

You do not even know how excited I am by this...
